Botanical description:
Centella asiatica (L.) is a prostrate, faintly aromatic,
stoloniferous, creeping, perennial herb with long slender
horizontal stolons, characterized by long internodes. Leaves
are green, fan-shaped or round-reniform, 1–4 cm by 1–7 cm
with a crenate or dentate margin. Flowers are umbels with
white or light purple-to-pink petals and bear small oval
fruit.
