We have a 7-Day Return and Refund Policy in the following cases:
(i). Was delivered in a physically damaged condition;
(ii). Has missing items; and/or
(iii). Is different from what was ordered.
(i). It is marked as “non-returnable”;
(ii). It is no longer needed by the customer;
(iii.) It is an already exchanged item;
(iv). The order was wrongly placed due to the customer’s mistake; or
(v). The customer does not like any aesthetic aspect of the item ordered as is.
